Written in 2017 specifically for Heather and Mama Ade, the two Black women in the image. They saw fit to record it and share it on Youtube. Since then it has been viewed over 125,000 times and is one of the top viewed meditations for Black women. My favorite comment is that it helped a woman through a home birth!
